Frequently Asked Questions:

• What hours is Summer Fun open?
  • We are open 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. We are a pre-paid/drop-in program.
• Dates of the program?
  • Monday June 3, 2024, through Friday August 2, 2024.
• Do I get to choose what days my child attends?
  • We are a drop-in program. You must pay for the day(s) the morning you drop off or ahead of time.
• Is there a multi-child discount?
  • No, we do not provide a multi-child discount.
• Do I have to drop my child off right at 7am and pick up at 6pm?
  • No, you do not. You can drop off and pick up at any time. On field trip days (K4 – 1^st: Monday & Wednesday; 2^nd – 8^th Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday), your child will need to be dropped off by 8:30am so they can make it on the bus.
• Can I drop off/pick up my child at the field trip site?
  • Due to safety reasons, we do not allow parents to drop off or pick up at the field trip site.
• Are kids separated by age in the summer?
  • We separate the children by grades. On field trip days, the younger kids (K4 – 1^st) will go at the same time but will stay with their grade. The same will go for the older kids (2^nd – 8^th).
• What is the price per day?
  • $45 a day per child.
• Does K3 & K4 go off campus?
  • K3 does not go off campus. However, K4 does only on Mondays & Wednesdays. If you are not comfortable with your child going off campus, please contact Mrs. Charlie.
• Is the $50 swim fee weekly or a one-time fee?
  • The swim fee is a one-time fee for 2^nd – 8^th It will pay for the whole summer of swimming at the water park. (water park is still in negotiations)
• Are the kids allowed to go anywhere they want at the water park?
  • No, the children must always stay with their class and lead teacher. Field trip ratios are 1 teacher for every 10 children.
• Are lunch and snacks provided?
  • Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided every day. If your child has any food allergies, or a certain diet, we ask that parents provide the snacks.
  • Lunch will not be provided. Only on certain days will we provide lunch. We will send out a weekly newsletter letting parents know when those days will occur.
  • We also do not allow any foods with nuts in them. We do have children who are extremely allergic.
• Does K3 have to be fully potty trained?
  • Yes, they do.
